Like Tyra Banks said, "Girls of all kinds can be beautiful; from
the thin, plus-sized, short, very tall, ebony to skinned; the quirky,
clumsy, shy, outgoing and all in between..." Despite that many people still put beauty into confining, narrow box of Size 0-6. Its is time we all agree with Tyra who disagreed with the term "plus size" and chose to rather call it “I Call It Fiercely Real”.
However, 2014 recorded tremendous growth in the plus size industry in Nigeria. It is interesting how Nigerians are beginning to understand and appreciate size diversity and the fiercely real ladies.
