Where I come from, Nigeria, African inspired fashion is never boring... Here, we love our culture, arts, crafts, dressing, beads, lace, asooke, iro and buba, name them... These things surround us like earth and we embrace them with love, peace, happiness, joy, fun.... WHY... because that is our heritage. African inspired outfits elude more joy than anything. Which is why we always wear them like our skin. I love seeing our beautifully made Nigeria ladies have real fun wearing these outfits in Weddings, Thanksgivings, Naming Ceremonies, Meetings (August meetings,lol), Work, Church, everywhere... But like I said, its our Heritage and if we don't wear them, WHO WILL? lol
